Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Pricing: 3.1 The prices for services provided by Perfect Patch Gardens are clearly stated on our website. These prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed or ongoing contracts. 3.2 Perfect Patch Gardens reserves the right to adjust the pricing for additional services or unexpected circumstances that were not accounted for in the original agreement. Increase in Prices for Materials: 6.1 Perfect Patch Gardens strives to provide accurate pricing for services, including materials. However, there may be instances where the prices of materials fluctuate due to market conditions or unforeseen circumstances. 6.2 If there is a significant increase in the prices of materials required for the project after the agreement has been made, Perfect Patch Gardens reserves the right to adjust the pricing accordingly. The customer will be notified of any such adjustments before work proceeds.
